○Only one chartered group can be welcomed per night.

○Check in 3:00 p.m. / Check out 10:00 a.m.

○Please watch out for fire.
Because located among the trees, guests are strongly asked to be careful about fire.
Except for a gas stove in the kitchen, any fire usage is strictly prohibited.

○Smoking is not allowed both inside of two houses as well as in the garden.

○Please avoid making noises.
Because of the exclusive use district for villas, please keep quiet.
Please refrain from loud voice or mega-volume music etc.

○Meals: “Self-catering” or “Dine out”
<Self-catering>Cooking devices, several home electronics, eating utensils and flavorings are readied.
In order to obtain foodstuffs, MY VILLA YUNOGO is happy to assist guests if necessary.
<Dine out> Various types of good local restaurants can be introduced. Transportation services can be arranged if necessary.

○Service time of “Sightly bathroom”
After check in, based on guests’ request, details should be arranged.
Soap, shampoo and a hair drier are readied.

○Bedding
Please enjoy comfort of Japanese style Futon.

○Washing machine
Please feel free to use it anytime. Wash powder is readied.

○Toothbrush and toothpaste
Please bring quests’ accustomed articles. MY VILLA YUNOGO doesn’t equip them.

○Change frequencies of sheet, pillowcase and towels
In principle, sheet and pillowcase are not changed.
Bath towel：changed once every three days per guest
Face towel：changed every day per guest

○Relevant laws and regulations request one administrative person must stay in another room of MY VILLA YUNOGO.
＊Guests might be asked to pass through administrating space when go to bathroom.

○Penalties
In case guests fail to abide by requirements above,
particularly FIRE, SMOKING and NOISE,
guests might be asked to leave MY VILLA YUNOGO.
Accommodation expenses after this kind of retire might not be paid back.
