The protection of personal data (PPD) is quite important. With regard to personal data which AI obtained, AI promises to preserve Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Guidelines for PIPL and other relevant laws.
With regard to PPD, AI takes organizational, physical, human and technical appropriate means in order to avoid leak, loss or damage of personal data. AI also takes another necessary and proper measures for PPD.
(1) Acquisition
Within the range of what is necessary for the operation of AI’s website, AI may acquire personal data of AI website’s general users.

Except for the requirement of relevant laws or with personal consent, AI never uses personal date which AI acquired, over the necessary bounds mentioned below.

When AI places all or a part of personal data's handling in the third party's charge, AI evaluates its eligibility in a careful manner and oversees it appropriately so that the charged personal data must be securely managed.
When personal date become unnecessary judging from the purpose, AI erases or abolishes personal data. These conducts must be carried out properly within the limit which AI's operation requires in order to avoid dangers such as flowage.
AI website uses “cookies” to collect information and to improve AI's service. Users have the option to either accept or refuse AI's cookies. If users refuse AI's cookies, please take necessary procedures at users' browsers.
